Frontier Infra publishes open standards, reference code, and skills-only guidance for agent governance. This page describes the public site and the initial Codex plugin release shape.
Publisher
Frontier Infra is developed and published by Jason Kent Brashear as an individual developer.
What the skills-only plugin collects
The Frontier Infra plugin is a local package of instructions, references, and templates. It does not operate a hosted service, create a Frontier Infra account, receive conversation content, receive credentials, sign on a user's behalf, or collect telemetry for Frontier Infra.
User-controlled environments
The plugin may guide an AI assistant to inspect files, run commands, or use tools in environments the user controls. Those actions remain governed by the host product's permissions and by any third-party tools or services the user separately chooses to use. Frontier Infra does not receive that data through the skills-only plugin.
Public websites
The public Frontier Infra websites may be served by ordinary web hosting infrastructure that receives standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp, and referrer. Frontier Infra does not use the skills-only plugin to combine that website metadata with user workspaces.
Future hosted tools
If a future version adds a hosted MCP server, authentication, signing service, telemetry, or remote worker dispatch, this policy must be updated before release to explain data categories, purposes, recipients, retention, and user controls.
