Frontier Infra publishes open standards, reference code, a local audit SDK, and host adapters for agent governance. This page describes the public site and the local execution boundary.

What the SDK and plugins collect

The Frontier Audit SDK and its host adapters run in the user's local environment. They may read the repository selected for audit, run local checks, write evidence files, and—only when the user supplies an existing local key path—sign a receipt locally. Frontier Infra does not operate a hosted audit service, create a Frontier Infra account, receive repository contents, receive conversation content or credentials, receive signing-key material, or collect SDK telemetry.

User-controlled environments

A plugin may guide an AI assistant to inspect files, run commands, install an explicitly approved SDK package, or use tools in environments the user controls. Those actions remain governed by the host product's permissions and by any third-party tools or services the user separately chooses. The audit skill fetches the published @frontier-infra/audit package from the npm registry on first use, subject to the host's permission prompts; the audit itself then runs locally and transmits nothing.

Public websites

The public Frontier Infra websites may be served by ordinary web hosting infrastructure that receives standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp, and referrer. Frontier Infra does not use the SDK or plugins to combine that website metadata with user workspaces.

Future hosted tools

If a future version adds a hosted MCP server, authentication, signing service, telemetry, or remote worker dispatch, this policy must be updated before release to explain data categories, purposes, recipients, retention, and user controls.
